Billimora is a quiet town strategically located about 20 Km North of Valsad and equidistant south of Navsari. The Entire belt is rapidly developing with commerce and industry resulting in an increasing demand for residential townships.
'Harasiddh Gardens' is conveniently located on the Bilimora - Chikli Highway, with excellent connectivity to a network of roads and railways.
The site consists of a number of trees, which are over a hundred years old, along with thick vegetation around its peripheries. The entire masterplan is conceived around these existing trees which provide a framework as well as a focus for residents within the development.
An 18 Mts wide 'Central Boulevard' is conceived as an arterial road, connecting various zones within the township clubbed with a subsidiary network of streets, 9 Mts wide leading upto individual residences.
Furthermore the planning reflects a special concern in careful segregation of vehicular and pedestrian movements, wherein a series of landscaped spaces intersect the pathways enhancing the overall experience while one engages with the property.
Individual housing typologies have been conceived as Villas, Twin houses, Row houses and Apartment towers. All common amenities are easily accessible including the recreation centre, conceived as more than a simple clubhouse with wonderful interactive space, sufficient outdoor spill out areas for various celebrations and festivals.
All built forms are carefully positioned to ensure maximum cross ventilation, natural light and privacy along with a consistent architectural vocabulary.
