Here, on arrival one is immersed into a space which starkly contrasts with the simplicity of the exterior. The entrance lobby is flanked by semi- public areas such as auditorium, cafeteria, library and meeting rooms. The cafeteria is demarcated by a transparent glass wall, allowing the activity within - to connect, and enthuse the immediate lobby outside.

The walls of the seminar hall act as a unique canvas for art installations especially commissioned for this project, that along with sculptures as part of the clients collection, have been sensitively integrated within the interiors.

When in most research centre's, process driven requirements pose a constraint. The Nicholas Piramal research centre offers no compromise in the quality of its interior, but only endorses its importance for the efficient functioning of a Pharmaceutical Organization.
