A typical Bollywood studio in Chandivali having large volumes transformed into advanced Research Laboratories and office Complex for CIBA Specialty Limited. The basic rcc frame / structural steel roof retained while the internal floors are totally modified for the changed user. Insertion of two stairs in the middle of the structure with skylight virtually connects the entire complex.
